Dear Panther Taekwondo Black Belt Academy Members,
Please take a moment to review the following important rules and regulations governing our Academy. Your adherence to these guidelines ensures a respectful and safe training environment for all members.
1. *Attendance*
- Notify your instructor in writing if you cannot attend a lesson.
- If you are late, notify your instructor.
- Notification must be sent regarding your intention to attend or if you are not *attending
2. *Respect*
- Treat all students, parents, and guests with respect.
- Inappropriate behavior or language may result in disciplinary action including suspension or dismissal .
3. *Uniform*
- Ensure your uniform is clean, pressed, and odor-free.
- Fingernails and toenails must be clipped.
- Only a white collarless t-shirt is permitted under the uniform.

• *Uniform Sizing:*
Include student height in registration questions (CM) for accurate uniform sizing.
*Important Details:*
• *Non-Refundable:* All payments are non-refundable.
• *Cancellation Notice:* Please provide one month's notice if you need to stop training and cancel your subscription.
*Attendance Reminder:* Students must have confirmed payments to attend classes for insurance compliance.

4. *Food and Drink*
- Food is not allowed in the Dojang.
- Water can be consumed before, during (at the instructor's discretion), and after sessions.
- Please use +a reusable Water dispenser
5. *Conduct*
- Foul language, inappropriate behavior, and harassment are strictly prohibited. Non adherence to this rule may result in disciplinary action including suspension or instant dismissal.
6. *Addressing Instructors*
- Use "Sir" or "Miss" when addressing instructors or Black Belts.
- Do not use first names particularly at official events.
7. *Bowing*
- Bow to the presiding instructors and Black Belts when entering or leaving the Dojang.
- Address them appropriately with greetings.
8. *Training Floor Etiquette*
- When entering the Dojang, all students must bow to the presiding instructor as a courtesy. The instructor will acknowledge this by bowing back and allowing access to the class.
- Only Panther Taekwondo-approved taekwondo shoes are allowed on the training area.
- For health and safety reasons, students may not leave the training area for any reason without the express permission of the senior venue instructor.
9. *Response*
- Respond quickly to instructions from seniors, Black Belts, or instructors.
10. *Jewelry Policy*
- For health and safety, no jewelry is allowed during class, including earrings and rings.
11. *Support*
- Senior students must encourage and support junior members.
12. *Behavior Expectations*
- Be respectful and courteous; disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Dojang.
13. *Safety Equipment*
- Full safety equipment is required for your safety when sparring and sometimes when being taught self-defense techniques.
- During tournament sparring and for yellow belt green stripe grading, the following items are required:
- PTBBA approved head protector
- Chest protector
- Forearm guards
- Shin guards
- Groin protector
- Single molded mouth guard
- PTBBA approved uniform (Dobok)
- Approved shoes
